At Body Strong Greystanes, we offer a range of fitness classes for teenagers in the Western Suburbs of Sydney that are designed to help teens boost their strength, fitness and motivation!
Some of the biggest problems our teenagers are facing include minimal physical activity, too much screen time and poor mobility from sitting at a desk all day. Our teen fitness classes offered by Body Strong Greystanes include a range of strength and conditioning exercises designed to not only challenge them both physically and mentally, but are also geared to build confidence and encourage socialisation in a team environment.
All our workout classes for teens are customised to suit each teenager’s ability, so that no-one feels left out or overwhelmed. If your teenager doesn’t spend much time being active at home or school, it makes sense to enrol them in a fitness training program for specific to teens that is carefully structured and fully supervised.
