Jackie and I co-founded Body Strong Transformation Centre specifically to help local men and women look and feel their best in a safe and supportive environment.
Our mission is to help you reach your goals WITHOUT giving up the foods you love or following impossible workout routines.
Jackie is an incredible mum to 2 kids and inspires other women by juggling her family life, staying fit and helping other mums achieve their health and fitness. I personally have over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I teach student trainers at TAFE and have worked with people from all walks of life. This isn’t our first rodeo. We’ve helped hundreds of local men and women shake off average and achieve the best versions of themselves.
